As sheriff of Lake County, Roy Dominguez is arguably the county's top cop, the head of the largest department in the county.
And he says he feels he was intimidated by Hammond Mayor Tom McDermott Jr. and that McDermott tried to interfere with the arrest and prosecution of a top political lieutenant on charges the lieutenant was growing marijuana.
